- Carpenter’s Legal Hotline – The Hotline program is designed to provide union carpenters and their families with a source for information on a wide variety of legal matters.
- Electronic Payments-COBRA & Low Cost– This site enables you to make electronic premium payments for continuation of coverage under COBRA or Low Cost. Before you can use the on-line electronic payment system, the Fund Office must establish an account for you on the electronic payment website. To establish an electronic payment account, you will be required to return your continuation of coverage application with the first months premium payment in the form of a check or money order. Separate payments must be made for each UID account. Payments for multiple UID accounts cannot be combined. Once your account has been established, you may click here and enter your COBRA/Low Cost UID# (without the dashes) to access the electronic payment system. Follow and complete each step with the requested information. To assist the Fund Office in processing your electronic payment, you must specify the month(s) you are paying for in the applicable section on the electronic website. Once you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation number and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide on the electronic payment website. It is recommended that you save the confirmation for your records. Regardless of the method of payment you select, failure to submit timely payment for the premium amount due will result in cancellation of coverage.
- Electronic Payments – Retiree Health Benefits –This site enables you to make electronic premium payments for Retiree Health Benefits. Before you can use this site, the Fund Office must establish an account for you on the electronic payment website. Once your account has been established, click here and enter your UID# (without the dashes) to access the electronic payment system. To assist the Fund Office in processing your electronic payment, you must specify the month(s) for which you are paying in the applicable section on the electronic payment website. Once you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation number and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you will provide on the electronic payment website. It is recommended that you save the confirmation for your records. Regardless of the method of payment you select for submitting your premium payment, failure to submit timely will result in cancellation of coverage. Note: You can only use this site if the amount of your monthly premium is greater than the gross amount of your monthly pension benefit. If your monthly premium is not greater than the gross amount of your monthly pension benefit, then monthly premium must be deducted from the pension benefit payment and you are not eligible to use this site.

- Affordable Care Act (Health Care Reform) – This is the official government health care website. On this site you can find a list of covered preventive care services under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also called Health Care Reform.
- American Medical Association – Home page of the American Medical Association; contains news, information about the AMA, health and fitness information, a searchable database of physicians, information on managing chronic illnesses, and more.
- Department of Labor – The Department of Labor has principal jurisdiction over the law known as ERISA. ERISA sets uniform minimum standards to assure that employee benefit plans are established and maintained in a fair and financially sound manner.
- IRS – You can download forms, look up laws, and read about taxes in plain English or Spanish on the IRS web site.
- Mayo Clinic – This site offers a variety of information relating to health. Check out information on diseases and conditions, key in your symptoms, learn more about the prescription drugs you are taken, explore articles on a healthy lifestyle and more.
- Medicare – Medicare’s site has information on coverage, eligibility, enrollment, your Medicare card, replacement card ordering, address changes and more. Also, you can view, download, or order Medicare or health related publications.
- NCHS – This site contains information on where to write for vital records such as birth, death, marriage, or divorce.
- Social Security Administration – The Social Security Administration is in charge of enrolling Americans, collecting contributions from payroll taxes, and providing benefits to seniors, beneficiaries, and disabled persons. The web site allows you to request a detailed earnings history and learn about your coverage under Social Security.
